My Chemical Romance Replaces Blink-182 At Bamboozle

Blink-182 have cancelled their upcoming slot at the Bamboozle Festival later this month and are to be replaced with My Chemical Romance.
The festival released the following statement:
"The Bamboozle 2012 has revised its lineup for Saturday, May 19 due an emergency tonsillectomy for Travis Barker. Blink-182 will be greatly missed and all of us at The Bamboozle extend our thoughts and best wishes to Travis for a speedy recovery.
The Bamboozle is pleased to announce My Chemical Romance has been added to the lineup and will perform before the Foo Fighters on the main stage on Saturday."
As well as Bamboozle, Blink-182 have announced the cancellation of their North American tour dates which were also scheduled to take place later this month. But this is with the exception of the two shows taking place on 10th and 11th May at the Winstar Casino in Thackerville, OK which have been postponed to September 13th and 14th. More information and details about refunds can be found on the band's Facebook.
However, the European tour later this summer is unaffected and will go on as planned.
This is a massive shame for North American Blink fans but I wish Travis a full recovery.
